Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD) FasTracks Program

RTD’s FasTracks Program is a $4.7 billion, 12-year program to build 119 miles of new commuter rail and light rail, 18 miles of bus rapid transit, and 21,000 new parking spaces at rail and bus stations. LFL International Inc. was a sub-contracting member of the Denver Transit Construction Group (DTCG). DTCG is the joint venture of Herzog Contracting of St. Joseph, Missouri and Stacy & Witbeck, Inc. of Alameda, California. DTCG was awarded the contract to perform Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) services for the West Corridor project of the FasTracks Program.

Assignments included managing the DBE Subcontract Program for the West Corridor project of the FasTracks Program. LFL exceeded the program 18% DBE Goal at 24% valued at $87 million dollars with ninety-five (95)First Tier DBE Firms and thirty four (34) trucking firms managing 142 trucks.
