LFL International is responsible for the development and oversight of minority designated compliance programs, certification services, goals development, bids/proposals evaluations, technical assistance and training.
LFL is a liaison between minority designated businesses, prime and sub-contractors and project owners that ensures compliance with 49 CFR Part 26 and other federal and state minority designated compliance and workforce programs. LFL ensures contracts are paid in a timely manner, identifies technical, management and financial resources for capacity building and assists firms in gaining the experience and knowledge to be able to compete for projects outside of minority designated programs.
LFL currently assists Herzog Contracting Corporation, St Joseph, MO with their DBE Programs most recent being the FasTracks Program/Denver, CO, Kansas City Downtown Streetcar Project/Kansas City, MO. Previous program management efforts were for the City of Atlanta and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Street Car proposals.
