LFL provides technical, administrative, and specialty construction management, inspection, and project support personnel for the City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services. Staff is responsible for construction management services including but not limited to plat map and easements analysis to determine the location of utility lines, including but not limited to water and sewer lines, in the Portland Harbor Superfund area.
