Services provided on the project consisted of correspondence with contractor, submittal processing, RFI processing, payment processing, and other management task. This pipeline runs along the Oregon Pacific Railroad between SE Linn and Tacoma, and connects to the Umatilla Pump Station at SE 6th and Umatilla, and to the new Sellwood CSO Pump Station.
