LFL International Inc. was selected as a consultant for construction management services for there-development of the Schooler Humphries Villas in Broward County Florida. Services include review of all design plans, specifications and materials to assure quality construction. Other services include site visits and inspections preceding and during construction, providing construction cost estimates, review of change orders and payment draw schedules. This project is a mixed finance project consisting of 200 rental units and 42 homeownership properties.
