The owner of LFL managed the new construction of this project. It included an indoor and outdoor leisure pools, fitness center, and two-court gymnasium with elevated running track, a youth activities center including day care and classroom areas and a dance/multipurpose room. Site improvements included parking for approximately 200 cars and landscaping.
